Dealer Service Assistance Checklist

Thank you for buying your RV from a Priority RV Network dealer. We are happy to provide you priority service to get you back on the road as quickly as possible! Our free, national priority service will get your unit diagnosis to the front of the service line. If you are traveling, are over 100 miles from home, run into a trip-ending issue and need help - we have you! Here is a quick guide to help you get started.

  1. Contact Your Original Dealer
    • Reach out to the service center of the dealership where you purchased your RV.
    • Inform them of your current location and your destination.
  2. Dealer Coordination
    • Your original dealer will confirm your customer status within PRVN.
    • They will locate the nearest PRVN dealer and coordinate your service needs.
  3. Arrival at the PRVN Dealership
    • Upon arrival, present your PRVN key tag and a valid state-issued ID.
    • The dealership will ensure a technician reviews and diagnoses your unit within 24 hours.
  4. Service & Repairs
    • If the required parts are in stock, the dealer will provide a repair quote, and you can decide on the next steps.
    • If special-order parts are needed, your service advisor will inform you of estimated timelines and next steps.
  5. Completion & Payment
    • Once your unit is repaired, you will settle any outstanding balances owed directly with the servicing PRVN dealer.
